Job Description
Key Must-Haves:
- 10+ years of Project Management experience
- 5+ years of Business Analyst experience
- Strong experience in Healthcare and State Agency environments
- Proficient in MS Project and MS Office 365
- Hands-on experience with SDLC, software integrations, vendor management
- Must be local to Boston, MA (No relocation – local submissions only)
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with State Based Marketplaces (SBMs)
- Government project background (state/local/federal) preferred
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Engineering, Technology, or a related field
Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end project execution and act as the primary point of contact for the Health Connector
- Develop and manage integrated implementation schedules
- Coordinate and liaise with third-party vendors, internal stakeholders, and SMEs
- Facilitate project meetings, track actions, manage risks/issues
- Ensure clear documentation of requirements, timelines, deliverables, and approvals
- Perform impact assessments for any changes in scope or schedule
- Support testing, triage, and go-live activities
- Provide status reports to senior IT and business leadership
- May oversee Business Analysts assigned to the project
